Helen grade A jade will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
For a full refund or exchange: mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of order. items must be returned in their original packaging.
Purchases made through Afterpay will not be entitled to a full refund, however, A fee 7% charged by Afterpay is non-refundable when you make a payment through them.and the shipping cost is nonrefundable.
