Private Appointment Policy & Product Viewing Guidelines

We are an online-based business, and all products listed on our website are physically in stock in Melbourne.

As we do not operate a traditional retail storefront or showroom, all visits are strictly by appointment only.

Due to limited time, space, and staffing, we are unable to accommodate browsing of large quantities of items in person.

We kindly ask that you first browse our website and shortlist a small number of preferred pieces prior to booking.

Once your selection is confirmed, Helen will prepare the items in advance for your scheduled appointment.
During your visit, you will be able to view and try on the selected pieces in person.

Bangle Sizing

For bangle purchases, we strongly recommend following the sizing guidelines provided in our blog before your appointment.

If you are unsure about your size, please contact us in advance — we are happy to assist you in determining the correct size range.

Please note that due to limited resources, we are unable to provide large quantities of bangles (e.g., dozens or hundreds) for trial during appointments.
